Graded B.H.M.S. Course
The degree Course of B.H.M.S. (Graded Degree) comprise of a Courses of study consisting of Curriculum and Syllabus provided in the Central Council Of Homoeopathy regulations spread over a period of 2 years, excluding compulsory internship of six months duration after passing the Final Degree Examination; Every candidate after passing the final BHMS examination, undergo compulsory internship for a period of six months as per the procedure laid down in Central Council of Homoeopathy regulation. On successful completion of the Internship and on the recommendation of the Principal BBA Bihar University issue the Degree to such candidates. It is followed by final registration, from the respective Board or Council in different states.
The institute has been allowed to take admission in 50 seats per year from the central council and Homeopathy, New Delhi.
Criteria for Admission
1.Candidate seeking admission to the B.H.M.S. (Graded Degree) Course must have the following qualification
2.Passed the Diploma in Homoeopathic Medicine & Surgery (DHMS) of not less than four year duration.
3.Registration from concerned state Homoeopathic Board/ council.
CERTIFICATES REQUIRED WITH APPLICATION FORM
1.A candidate should submit with the application form, true copies of the following original certificates. Essential
2.A certificate of DHMS Examination with a copy of marks obtained.
3.Registration certificate from concerned state Homoeopathic Board/ council
4.A certificate of passing Matriculation examination for age proof.
5.A certificate of good conducts, from the principal of the school or college last attended.
6.Students of higher qualification should submit the true copy of passed
Candidate with any other extra activity such as sports, cultural activities may submit certificate from the appropriate authority for their claim under such category.
Candidate seeking admission for the graded B.H.M.S. course will submit an application to the principal in the prescribed form which can be obtained from the college office on any working day on cash payment of 500/- or by M.O./D-D of Rs. 550/- by post in the name of G.D Memorial Homoeopathic Medical college, Patna payable at Patna.
After proper scrutiny of the application forms, candidates are notified to appear for a written entrance examination. Candidates after getting selected in the procedure are called for interview counseling conducted by an expert committee. Selection of students is made by an expert committee on the basis of evaluation of the performance of candidates at the entrance test and personal interview. The decision of expert committee is final.
Selected candidates are informed of their selection and also notified on the college notice board and on website.
Candidates who are selected will have to report to the college office and submit all the documents in original and deposit the requisite admission & tuition fee. Candidate failing to take admission within the stipulated time will have no claim for admission and next candidate from the waiting list will be considered for admission.
