Central Council of Homoeopathy has approved G.D. Memorial Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital to take admission to M.D.(Hom) regular course in the following specialties.

Organon Of Medicine With Homoeopathic Philosophy 06 seats Homoeopathic Materia Medica 06 seats Homoeopathic Repertory 06 seats Homoeopathic Pharmacy 06 seats Practice Of Medicine 06 seats Pediatrics 06 seats Psychiatry 06 seats.

Criteria For Admission Eligibility:

Candidate seeking admission to the above M.D. (Hom) Course must have the following qualification:

1. Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery or equivalent qualification in Homeopathy included in the Second Schedule to the Act, after undergoing a course of study of not less than five year and six months duration including one year compulsory internship; or

Bachelor of Homoeopathic medicine and Surgery (Graded Degree) or equivalent qualification in Homoeopathy included in the Second Schedule to the Act, after undergoing a course of study of not less than two years' duration.

A certificate of passing B.H.M.S Examination or B.H.M.S Graded Examination with a copy of marks obtained.

Professional experience with registration certificate from the concerned state Homoeopathic board/council.

A certificate of passing Matriculation examination for age proof.

A certificate of good conducts, from the principal of the college last attended.

Students of higher qualification should submit the true copy of passed

Candidate with any other extra activity such as sports, cultural activities may submit certificate from the appropriate authority for their claim under such category.

Entrance Examination

After proper scrutiny of the application forms, candidates are notified to appear for a written entrance examination. Candidates after getting selected in the procedure are called for interview counseling conducted by an expert committee.

Selection of students is made by an expert committee on the basis of evaluation of the performance of candidates at the entrance test and personal interview. The decision of expert committee is final.

Selected candidates are informed of their selection and also notified on the college notice board and on website.

Admission

Candidates who are selected will have to report to the college office and submit all the documents in original and deposit the requisite admission & tuition fee.

Candidate failing to take admission within the stipulated time will have no claim for admission and next candidate from the waiting list will be considered for admission.
